Changes between v2 (by Paolo) and v3:
* Fixed issues on VME pc_compat_*() code
* #define PC_I440FX_2_2_MACHINE_OPTIONS PC_I440FX_2_3_MACHINE_OPTIONS
  (By defining PC_I440FX_2_2_MACHINE_OPTIONS and PC_Q35_2_2_MACHINE_OPTIONS
  the same way, it will be easier to eliminate pc_q35/pc_piix duplication
  later)
