Add two new memslot functions to the API
kvm_flush_incoherent_memory_regions
flush all KVM_MEM_INCOHERENT memslot addresses
kvm_invalidate_incoherent_memory_regions
invalidate all KVM_MEM_INCOHERENT memslot addresses
