  Hi,

This pull request brimgs the first bits for virtio-gpu and virtio-vga.
It adds the virtio-gpu core code (i.e. virtio-gpu-device).  It cleanups
stdvga a little bit to make it easier for virtio-vga to reuse the stdvga
code for vga mode.

The virtio-gpu-pci and virtio-vga devices will follow once the
virtio-pci patches they depend on are merged upstream.
