Subject: [PULL 61/63] hw/display: introduce virtio-dmabuf
Date: Wed, 4 Oct 2023 04:46:25 -0400	[thread overview]
Message-ID: <144f110532db87e1553c7fb0996dde1efd81a2e9.1696408966.git.mst@redhat.com> (raw)
In-Reply-To: <cover.1696408966.git.mst@redhat.com>

From: Albert Esteve <aesteve@redhat.com>

This API manages objects (in this iteration,
dmabuf fds) that can be shared along different
virtio devices, associated to a UUID.

The API allows the different devices to add,
remove and/or retrieve the objects by simply
invoking the public functions that reside in the
virtio-dmabuf file.

For vhost backends, the API stores the pointer
to the backend holding the object.
