Subject: [Qemu-devel] [PULL 05/24] net: vmxnet3: avoid memory leakage in activate_device
Date: Mon, 11 Jan 2016 13:30:56 +0800 [thread overview]
Message-ID: <1452490275-18217-6-git-send-email-jasowang@redhat.com> (raw)
In-Reply-To: <1452490275-18217-1-git-send-email-jasowang@redhat.com>
From: P J P <ppandit@redhat.com>
Vmxnet3 device emulator does not check if the device is active
before activating it, also it did not free the transmit & receive
buffers while deactivating the device, thus resulting in memory
leakage on the host. This patch fixes both these issues to avoid
host memory leakage.
