Subject: [Qemu-devel] [PULL 02/49] char: convert from GIOChannel to QIOChannel
Date: Tue, 26 Jan 2016 14:46:34 +0100	[thread overview]
Message-ID: <1453816041-36362-3-git-send-email-pbonzini@redhat.com> (raw)
In-Reply-To: <1453816041-36362-1-git-send-email-pbonzini@redhat.com>

From: "Daniel P. Berrange" <berrange@redhat.com>

In preparation for introducing TLS support to the TCP chardev
backend, convert existing chardev code from using GIOChannel
to QIOChannel. This simplifies the chardev code by removing
most of the OS platform conditional code for dealing with
file descriptor passing.
