Subject: [Qemu-devel] [PATCH 32/35] vhost-user: don't merge regions with different fds
Date: Mon, 21 Mar 2016 12:28:30 -0500 [thread overview]
Message-ID: <1458581313-19045-33-git-send-email-mdroth@linux.vnet.ibm.com> (raw)
In-Reply-To: <1458581313-19045-1-git-send-email-mdroth@linux.vnet.ibm.com>
From: "Michael S. Tsirkin" <mst@redhat.com>
vhost currently merges regions with contiguious virtual and physical
addresses. This breaks for vhost-user since that also needs fds to
match.
Add a vhost_ops entry to compare the fds for vhost-user only.
