[Qemu-devel] [PATCH] qapi: allow blockdev-add for ssh

Introduce new object 'BlockdevOptionsSsh' in qapi/block-core.json to
support blockdev-add for SSH network protocol driver. Use only 'struct
InetSocketAddress' since SSH only supports connection over TCP.
