The patterns for the following instructions are fixed:
* Rotate Left Doubleword then Clear Right (rldcr[.])
* Rotate Left Doubleword Immediate then Clear Right (rldicr[.])
* Rotate Left Doubleword Immediate then Mask Insert (rldimi[.])
