[Qemu-devel] [PATCH] MAINTAINERS: XIVE is an interrupt controller, not a machine

The "XIVE" section is currently listed in the "PowerPC Machines"
section, which is weird, since this is an interrupt controller
device. Move it to the "Devices" section instead.
