Grammar sucks. :)

It *will* always print both decimal and hex once HEX64 is gone.  It
doesn't yet; right now, the exact printed format depends on UINT64 vs.
HEX64 as you found out.  But it's still easier for you to use UINT64
and avoid future conflicts.
