Consistent with what?

Why is it more meaningful?

I might argue that any one of ENODEV, EINVAL, ENOSYS, ENOTSUP, or
EPROTONOSUPPORT might be more meaningful than ENOENT or ENOMEDIUM, but
it depends on what people expect and why.
