Unless further evidence, source-code of QEWS for Win32 is not made available.

Do you mean this project might be a hoax?

On the other hand, I would very like appreciate Alex (from the Morphix 
project) to commit his GNU/Linux code to Qemu CVS. It would probably be 
time/energy saving to build the GUI from Qemu CVS.
