just an idea :
We could launch two identical Windows 2000/XP img files with "qemu" and
"qemu-fast", then compare and see where there is a difference. Qemu could be
patched so that it would be done automatically : launch the 2 instances,
compare and stop if there is something wrong.
There must be a limited number of cases (10 ? 100 ?).
Then, for each different cases, Windows will have to be patched.
Do the operation again until there is no crash.

As we are having problem running on amd64, and as amd64
supports bot 32bits ans 64bits code, we maybe could run
a qemu32 and qemu64 syncronize and check when something goes
wrong :-)
