Hello!
I have problem with any USB devices.
After insert, I add my usb to guest OS by command like this:
usb_add host:0a89:0004

In guest OS it appeared for 5 seconds, then going to offline state and
become to be not accessible.

In host log:

I've tryed to unplug and then replug, but the same things happen after
usb_add command.

What wrong?
