I am a huge fan of testing and think that qemu developers and users
would both benefit from more automated testing.

This is testing of the final product. Especially for something as
complex as qemu, final product testing is difficult. Wherever possible
units should be tested in isolation. Debugging test failures of unit
tests are also far easier than debugging problems in a whole qemu
VM.

However, if you do pursue your original plan, it would be really nice
if either WinXP 64bit or Vista64 could be added to this list.
