Hi,

This is v10 of the patch-series to have a generic
asynchronous task offloading framework (called
threadlets) within qemu.

Changelog:

* Removed the unnecessary active field from the
  structure qemu_paiocb.

* Rewrote the logic of the function paio_cancel

* Removed the unused CONFIG_THREAD=y from the
  configure code.
