Yes, that was old code; it's already gone.

Thanks;  I could do for this one but I've got to be careful;
qemu_madvise is mainly for portability, and this code is Linux specific
anyway, and some of the QEMU_MADV_ flags aren't valid for all of the OSs
anyway.
