Let's avoid hyperbole.  Mostly there's a bunch of aml_append calls
sprinkled on each line of ASL code.

It's harder to develop since there's no compiler catching mistakes
statically, that's true.
Debugging is more or less the same since you can always
dump the tables and disassemble them with iasl.
