[Qemu-devel] [PATCH v2 16/16] hw/arm/virt-acpi-build: madt: add vgic maint irq

When virtualization is enabled and we have a v3 gic, then we add
the vgic maintenance interrupt to the DT. This patch is the ACPI
equivalent.
