VHOST_USER_PROTOCOL_F_PAGEFAULT - if you have that,
AND postcopy-ram is enabled
AND postcopy mode is entered

you'll get VHOST_USER_POSTCOPY_LISTEN and sometime later
VHOST_USER_POSTCOPY_END.
