The header "hw/boards.h" already includes "sysemu/blockdev.h".

Code change produced with:

    $ git grep '#include "sysemu/blockdev.h"' hw | \
      cut -d: -f-1 | \
      xargs fgrep -l '#include "hw/boards.h"' | \
      xargs sed -i.bak '/#include "sysemu\/blockdev.h"/d'
