[Qemu-devel] [PATCH v3 14/17] tests/test-bdrv-drain: use QEMU_IOVEC_INIT_BUF

Use new QEMU_IOVEC_INIT_BUF() instead of
qemu_iovec_init_external( ... , 1), which simplifies the code.
