Add support for bitsel and cmpsel primitives, which will be
used by target/* patches that I'll post shortly.
Improvements to the i386 and aarch64 backends.
A handfull of bug fixes.
Assert that we haven't forgotten a QEMU_ALIGNED() marker,
by using MOVDQA for x86_64.
