[Qemu-devel] [PATCH v2 14/23] buildsys: The NSIS Windows build requires qemu-nsis.bmp installed

The qemu-nsis.bmp file was not listed with the other blobs, thus
not installed in the ${BINDIR} location.

This fixes:
