Replace confusing usage:
~BDRV_SECTOR_MASK
With more clear:
(BDRV_SECTOR_SIZE - 1)
Remove BDRV_SECTOR_MASK and the unused BDRV_BLOCK_OFFSET_MASK which was
it's last user.
