Subject: [PATCH] exec/memory: Use struct Object typedef

We forward-declare Object typedef in "qemu/typedefs.h" since commit
ca27b5eb7cd ("qom/object: Move Object typedef to 'qemu/typedefs.h'").
Use it everywhere to make the code simpler.
