[PATCH v3 09/11] util/vfio-helpers: Simplify qemu_vfio_dma_map() returning directly

To simplify qemu_vfio_dma_map():
- reduce 'ret' (returned value) scope by returning errno directly,
- remove the goto 'out' label.
