Correctly parsing plugin argument since they now must be provided as
full-form boolean parameters, e.g.:
    -plugin ./contrib/plugins/libhowvec.so,verbose=on,inline=on

Also, introduced the argument "count" that accepts one opt to count
individually at a time.
