Since v2, the following changes have been made:

- Re-add incorrectly omitted previous review header to final patch
- Remove redundant utimensat backwards compatibility
- Set XATTR_SIZE_MAX to 64k
- Integrate proposed statfs.h back into file-op-9p.h
- Replace clang references with gcc
- Ensure that synth tests pass
