Unfortunately there are a couple typos in the 3DNow! instructions that seem to be very widespread; the source of the typos was the "official" Intel x86 encoder/decoder (XED) and x86.csv was probably generated from there, though I couldn't find an exact copy on github. These are fixed in patch 1 (Paul, where did you get _that x86.csv? :)). The final patch removes the old SSE tests from test-i386.c, which are less comprehensive than the ones generated from x86.csv and also had a couple bugs.
