Thanks for everyone's guidance.
There is a new confusion: Which minor version should I bump to (2 or 3) ?
As I found that Marcin’s latest patch (add ITS support in SBSA GIC
https://lists.nongnu.org/archive/html/qemu-arm/2023-06/msg00709.html )
increased the minor version to 2.
