Enforce qemu_get_cpu() to return LoongArch CPUs in LoongArch
specific files.

Mechanical change using the following coccinelle script:

  @@ expression index; @@
  -   qemu_get_cpu(index, NULL)
  +   qemu_get_cpu(index, TYPE_LOONGARCH_CPU)
