Enforce qemu_get_cpu() to return S390X CPUs in S390X specific files.
Mechanical change using the following coccinelle script:
@@ expression index; @@
- qemu_get_cpu(index, NULL)
+ qemu_get_cpu(index, TYPE_S390_CPU)
