[RFC PATCH-for-9.1 18/21] target/i386: Use QMP generic_query_cpu_definitions()

Register x86_cpu_definition_entry() and x86_cpu_list_compare()
as handler so we can use the QMP generic_query_cpu_definitions()
method.
