[RFC PATCH 14/18] hw/xtensa/xtfpga: Check endianness via legacy_binary_is_big_endian()

For legacy binaries, legacy_binary_is_big_endian() is
equivalent of the compile time TARGET_BIG_ENDIAN definition.
