[PATCH-for-10.0? v2 06/14] hw/arm/virt: Remove pointless VirtMachineState::tcg_its field

VirtMachineState::tcg_its has the same value of
VirtMachineClass::no_tcg_its. Directly use the latter,
removing the former.
