[PATCH v4 3/5] hw/gpio/aspeed: Fix definition of AspeedGPIOClass

AspeedGPIOClass's parent is SysBusDeviceClass rather than SysBusDevice.
This isn't catastrophic only because sizeof(SysBusDevice) >
sizeof(SysBusDeviceClass).
