[PATCH 00/12] target/tricore: Remove all uses of target_ulong types

Remove incorrect target_ulong uses, then for the rest
mechanically convert:

 - target_ulong -> uint32_t
 - TCGv -> TCGv_i32
 - tcg_temp_new() -> tcg_temp_new_i32()
