Debian 13: 3.10.1
openSUSE Leap 15: 3.9.1
Ubuntu LTS 22.04: 3.7.3
FreeBSD: 3.10.2
Fedora 42: 3.10.2
OpenBSD: 3.10.2
macOS HomeBrew: 3.10.2
Ubuntu 22.04 is our oldest constraint at this time.
