Subject: [PATCH v2 5/7] target/loongarch: Add llacq/screl instructions

Add the following instructions in LoongArch v1.1:

- llacq.w
- screl.w
- llacq.d
- screl.d

They are guarded by CPUCFG2.LLACQ_SCREL.
