I did not have time to complete it, but I managed to get the interesting
part of SLiRP compiling inside QEMU. I can send it to you if you are
interested. I would really prefer that it is integrated in QEMU (using
external processes is always more difficult for users and it is more
difficult to port to other OSes), so making a library should be the
right solution.
An important patch would be to add DHCP and ARP support in SLiRP. I did
not begin to do that, but it should be simple to add.
