mingw32 build breaks on "ssize_t" which should be "long"
instead on win32 (see previous post on vnc.c).

beyond this little detail, compiled version works fine on
win32 (I'll do more testing tomorrow).

do we need kqemu-1.3.0pre6.tar.gz for this version
or a newer kqemu ?
