The attached patch fix occasional failures of incoming exec migrations.

Subject: [PATCH] exec-migration: handle EINTR in popen_get_buffer()

Upon interrupt, fread returns with no data, and
the (incoming exec) migration fails.

Fix by retrying on such a case.
