I agree.  ACPI is a firmware/OS interface.  If we move ACPI table 
generation into qemu, it becomes a mixed hardware/firmware/OS interface.

Better keep those interfaces separate: hardware/firmware (fwcfg) and 
firmware/OS (acpi).
