Hi,

First, let me apologize that this has taken so long. But it's time to start
voting on the submitted QEMU Mascots so we can pick Q!

Here's how it will work:

I will send a series of notes to the mailing list tomorrow morning with links to
a particular mascot (hosted on qemu.org). Please respond to whatever mascot you
like the most with an 'Acked-by'

Whatever mascot receives the most votes. Voting will end at next week's KVM
call (9am US/Central on Tuesday) where the new mascot will be announced.

If you like multiple Mascots, feel free to vote multiple times but please limit
yourself to one vote for any given Mascot.

Thanks to everyone that has participate so far!

Regards,

Anthony Liguori

The notes are now out on the ML. Please vote for your favorites!

Special thanks to Stefan Weil for collating the submissions and creating
different sizes.

Are there 8 candidates? Just to make sure we miss none (threaded
numbered postings would have been nice).

Yeah, git-send-email can't attach images and I didn't want to it further to
write a python script.

There are a total of 6 people that have contributed logos, with 18 total
submissions by my count.

You can vote multiple times, so don't worry about trying to pick your most favorite.

When all the submissions have made it to the mailing list archives
I think it would be nice to post a summary email with links to the
http://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/qemu-devel/ archive copies for
each submission, so it's easy to go through and look at them all
at once.

thanks
