FWIW: the CTRL-ALT-DEL sequence has been chosen so that it can't be caught by a any program but windows (that to prevent trojan horses to log your password instead of Windows's logging window). That means that it's probably not possible to directly send the CTRL-ALT-DEL sequence, but instead you need to map another series of keys that qemu can send to the guest OS.
