Then your problem is not "under Mac OSX" at all but under Debian! CC'ing
a Debian maintainer.
You may need to modprobe the correct AMD or Intel KVM kernel module. If
that fails, your hardware may not support virtualization or the BIOS has
it disabled. Could also be a permissions issue, sudo might help.
Warnings about keycodes can usually just be ignored.
