Will this be considered for 1.7?
I'm not sure how Wanlong's NUMA stuff is scheduled, but I think it
shouldn't wait for my series' acceptance. (Rebasing -numa range parsing
to rely on the new OptsVisitor "capability" shouldn't be hard -- it's
mostly removing "client" code.)
