Tying it to UTC is probably wrong for everyone since other meetings we
might have tend to be scheduled in local time.
Personally I would prefer a US time zone, that is: 6:00 Pacific / 9:00
Eastern time. Also because if we used European time, it would be at 7am
time in March (when the US is in summer time and Europe isn't), and
Anthony would be commuting as well.
